Sometimes I feel all sorts of things, and it gets kinda confusing. But my family’s always there to help me figure it out. I try to put it into words through this book
I don’t like it when I’m sad. But by accepting sadness, I can learn what to do to face this feeling.
I like it when I’m happy. I’m full of joy, and I can share my joy with others.
I wrote this book, hoping that it can help my friends or anyone to understand their emotions.
